Compagnie Dhaunier Ltée is a specialized coating contractor. We have a large fleet of state-of-the-art mobile equipment that allows us to undertake large-scale projects. We have extensive expertise and experience coating large bridges, viaducts and steel structures. We are your experts for abrasive blasting, metallization and industrial painting.

METALLIZATION

Significant expertise in metallization. We have several mobile electric arc metallizing devices.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTING SYSTEMS

We specialize in the application of high performance coating systems, such as anticorrosive paints. We have everything needed to provide a high quality result.
  • Industrial paint (zinc, epoxy, urethane, alkyd, etc.)
  • Application of an anti-skid membrane (Bimagrip)
  • Application of the Specialty Polymer Coating System SP2888

INSPECTION

Our team includes 2 inspectors with Level 3 certification from NACE International's Coating Inspector program. At the beginning of the contract, we prepare a detailed work and inspection procedure. When the contract is completed, an inspection report is given to the clients. All our inspection equipment is calibrated in the laboratory and the calibration certificate is available on request. Our quality management system is ISO 9001: 2015 certified.
