Peinture D'Hauterive Ltée in Henryville specializes in surface preparation, metallization and painting of large metal components and structures. Thanks to our large workshops and modern systems, we can work on bridge beams, tubular pylons and any other metal part up to 185 feet long. We can handle items up to 170,000 lbs. With our very high production capacity and equipment, we are in a position to execute numerous large-scale projects.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Workshop: 32 feet wide by 175 feet long
Our surface preparation shop is equipped with a manual shot blasting system using recycled steel shot. We work with 2 to 4 sanders simultaneously which allows for fast execution. Our shot blasting workshop has sufficient square footage to accommodate large parts.

METALLIZATION

Workshop: 28 feet wide by 185 feet long
We have gained significant expertise in the field of metallization. We have installed a six-jet semi-automated arc electroplating system. With our innovative system and state-of-the-art equipment, we can ensure fast and accurate application.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTING SYSTEMS

Workshop: total area of 20,250 square feet
We can accommodate items of various sizes up to 185 feet long. We specialize in the application of high performance coating systems, such as anticorrosive paints. Our shop has everything in place to provide a high quality result.
  • Industrial paint (zinc, epoxy, urethane, alkyd, etc.)
  • Application of an anti-skid membrane (Bimagrip)
  • Application of the Specialty Polymer Coating System SP2888

INSPECTION

Our team includes 2 inspectors with Level 3 certification from NACE International's Coating Inspector program. At the beginning of the contract, we prepare a detailed work and inspection procedure. When the contract is completed, an inspection report is given to the clients. All our inspection equipment is calibrated in the laboratory and the calibration certificate is available on request. Our quality management system is ISO 9001: 2015 certified.

LIFTING CAPACITY

We can handle items up to 170,000 lbs. Our specialized equipment allows us to move parts easily throughout the coating process.
